• You understand that automated moderation may result in false positives and should be monitored
• We are not liable for actions taken by the bot based on your configuration

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• User interface design and layout
• Trademarks and service marks

are owned by Judgement and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or Discord servers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. 18. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement regular backup procedures, we strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of important data and configurations. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF YOUR DATA, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE.

19. Refund Policy

For subscription services:

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after 14 days
• Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse or violation of these Terms
• Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5-10 business days

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Judgement and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Arbitration shall be conducted in English
• Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Judgement operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

24. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, or strikes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Judgement regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
