13A. Voice and Audio Data Collection

When you use voice features or participate in Discord voice channels/calls where our bot is present, we collect and process:

• Voice recordings: Audio data from voice channels for AI training and voice moderation
• Call metadata: Participation times, speaker identification, and call duration
• Voice patterns: Audio characteristics used to improve speech recognition and moderation
• Transcriptions: Text transcripts of voice communications for content analysis

This voice data is used to:

• Train and improve our AI voice moderation capabilities
• Detect inappropriate or harmful voice content
• Enhance bot voice command recognition
• Generate voice activity analytics for server administrators
• Develop new voice-based features and improvements

Important: By participating in voice channels where our bot is present, you consent to voice recording and processing. Server administrators control bot presence in voice channels. Voice data may be retained for up to 24 months for AI training purposes.

14. Analytics and Performance Data

We collect analytics data to improve our Service:

• Server activity metrics (member joins/leaves, message counts)
• Feature usage statistics
• Performance metrics (response times, error rates)
• User engagement patterns

This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. Individual user data is only accessible to server administrators for their own servers.
